Senior Officer, Agency Distribution, Employee Benefits

Our client is a global insurance company with a strong presence within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion in their Hong Kong business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre agency distribution professional to join their Employee Benefits team.

Reporting to the Team Head, you will be a key member of the EB team to prepare distribution support with a focus on sales channels including setting up booths and training agents on selling products. You will work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the appropriate products are marketed to relevant customers, along with providing excellent client experience. You will help prepare sales data analytics reports and conduct presentations to motivate agents, and in turn help grow the business.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' experience in business development/agency sales within the insurance industry
• Experiences in preparing analytical reports will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
