Senior Manager, TA

Job description

Our client is a well established Retailer with operations and outlets in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join their team

Reporting to the HR Director, you will lead a team in talent acquisition whilst working in a sizable HR function. Working closely with other HR teams and business operations, you will develop and lead the recruitment strategy. With solid understanding of commercial goals and departmental requirements, you will provide advisory to the company from front to back office on talent sourcing best practices, market updates, analysis and reports. You will revamp and improve processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient end to end delivery. foundation for future growth.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Good data analysis skills, draw insights and recommendation plans
  • Excellent leadership capabilities
  • Strong communicator; ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple stakeholder
  • Prior experiences in Retail/ FMCG is highly preferred
  • Excellent command in both Chinese and English
