Senior Manager, Partnership & Sponsorship Marketing, Insurance

Our client is a leading insurer within Hong Kong and the APAC region. As their busienss continues to expand, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre marketing candidate to join their team, focusing on sponsorship initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive sponsorship and partnership initiatives for the business
• Identify and evaluate different partners to drive business growth by managing relationships with them
• Work with different internal and external stakeholders in developing different marketing strategies and implementing different campaigns
• Review data and performances of marketing campaigns to drive enhancements
• Support other team members on other initiatives

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience within marketing, preferably within partnerships or sponsorships
• Experience within the financial services industry will be an advantage
• Good communications, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
