(Senior) Manager, General Insurance Product, Insurance

Our client is a well-established global insurer. As part of a fast expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for a product candidate to join their general insurance product team.

Responsibilities:

• Help with product formulation and development of the general insurance business
• Assist on product marketing, including drafting product collaterals and brochures, and driving campaigns
• Support on ad-hoc projects, including reviewing UATs
• Staying up to date on market trends
• Analyze customer behaviour to drive business growth
• Work closely with different departments to monitor end-to-end processes, making sure that they comply with internal and external regulations

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of experience within insurance
• Experience in general insurance product management will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experienced candidates will be considered as Manager
