Senior Manager, Event Management, HNW / Private Banking

Our client is a fast-growing bank with a diverse business portfolio within retail banking, corporate banking, and private banking. With their continuous expansion, an excellent opportunity has arisen for an Event Management professional to join their retail and private banking business, focusing on high-net-worth clients within their segment team and private banking.

Reporting to the Head of Segment, you will be a senior member of the team driving end-to-end high-net-worth event planning and execution, partnerships, and client engagement initiatives to uplift brand exposure and image. You will be leading the team on event planning, along with coordinating with external vendors on event logistics, as well as producing event communications materials and souvenirs, managing event budgets, and working on post-event evaluation. You will identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities and drive marketing campaigns for the high-net-worth segment to drive business growth. In addition, you will support other team members on other initiatives.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience within Event Management/Event Marketing, preferably within financial services focusing on High-Net-Worth clients
• Good communications, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
