(Senior) Manager - Digital Transformation

Our client is a highly reputable Hong Kong listed company with strong presence in local and regional markets. To facilitate their transformation strategies, they are looking for a high calibre (Senior) Manager to add value to their team.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, your responsibilities will include:

• Formulate and assist with company's business and digital transformation strategies
• Drive alignments and formulate synergies across different functions and stakeholders to support the digitisation projects
• Provide insights on any potential IT systems enhancement or implementation
• Drive efficiency and cost savings initiatives across different departments, including operation processes reviews, work-flows and systems enhancements
• Conduct Business Planning, analysis for management business review and decision making
• Developing short term and long term financial modelling and business scenarios to support business growth
• Act as a business partner to the team to implement improved processes to increase company's efficiency and profitability
• Make use of different data or business analytics tools, and project methodologies to support the projects
• Business partner with business leaders, both internal and external stakeholders to understand opportunities, structure objectives, identify and minimise risks
• Prepare presentation and directly communicate with senior stakeholders on business strategies and project competence
• Assist in ad hoc projects

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelors degree in Business or IT related discipline
• In-house digital and business transformation experiences is a MUST
• Solid experiences in business strategies and planning, plus an understanding of operations are the highly preferred
• Extensive experiences in working with senior stakeholders and Board of Directos
• At least 8-15 years of experience with preferably sizable companies with complex structure
• Fast-paced, energetic person who is ambitious to strive for excellence
• Excellent command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Dynamic personality with an analytical mindset
