Senior Manager, Digital Product, Insurance

Our client is a well-established life insurance group with multiple lines of business. With their continuous expansion in their digital business, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre digital product professional to join their health & wellness team.

Report to Team Head, you will be a key member of the health digital team to drive digitalization roadmap and strategies to support business growth. You will drive health & wellness initiatives, enhance customer journey on different digital platform, product capability and ensure smooth projects delivery. You will drive product commercialization through digital channels and build unique digital value propositions. You will work closely with various department, including Legal, Compliance, Risk and Control to monitor end-to-end process and ensure the whole process complies with internal and external regulatory requirements. You will work with IT team from preparing the business requirements, perform gap analysis to UAT testing. In addition, you will provide other supports within the team when required.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor degree or above in related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' experience in digital product/ digital channel in health insurance/ healthtech/ consultancy
• knowledge in health & wellness will be a big advantage
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
