Our client is a leading global consumer and entertainment company with a great variety of renowned brands headquartered in the US. They are a leading entertainment company with 20,000+ employees across the globe. The company is famous for its respectful and collaborative team culture and business presence in over 80 countries. The company is looking for a Senior Content Distribution Manager for the APAC market.

Based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for driving growth and brand across the company portfolio by content distribution to all possible content platforms in various markets in APAC. As a Senior Content Distribution Manager - APAC, your responsibilities will include:

  • Plan and attain financial targets and forecast for business growth.
  • Monetise content through licensing model and track profitability.
  • Design and implement critical strategies aligning to global and regional priorities.
  • Cultivate business partnerships and develop new opportunities for window maximisation and platform diversity.
  • Manage deals from pre-sales to sales fulfilments and from rights and management to deal execution and revenue booking.
  • Ensure rollout plan for each new content.
  • Partner closely with various groups internally for sales support and franchise activation.
  • Generate reports and presentations whenever necessarily.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 9+ years of experience in Content Distribution with APAC coverage.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of budget, forecast and legal terms and conditions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with solid experience in collaborating with the regional team in a global and fast-paced environment
  • Team player with an entrepreneurial growth mindset.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Manager/ Manager.
