(Senior) Manager - Compensation Transformation Project 70-80k

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager or Senior Manager to lead our Compensation Transformation Project, focusing on brokerage operations. This is a Band 6 role that requires a candidate with hands-on experience in insurance brokerage, with a strong emphasis on operational analysis and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze brokerage operations and assess their impact on business gaps between current and previous models.

• ⁠50% project management n 50% oversee the existing insurance brokerage process
• Conduct department process reviews to identify gaps and plan changes to Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in light of upcoming changes from the Insurance Authority in January.
• Implement governance strategies that align with Insurance Authority requirements, conducting risk assessments, and providing feedback for different departments.
• Collaborate with a young and dynamic team to bridge communication gaps and foster a cohesive working environment.

Requirements:

• ⁠Extensive experience in insurance brokerage operations is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively while maintaining oversight of existing processes.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
