(Senior) Manager, Channel Marketing (Brokerage), Insurance

Our client is a sizeable insurer within the APAC region. With their continuous expansion, an opportunity has arisen for an insurance marketing professional to join their channel marketing team, focusing on their brokerage channel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage different events and campaigns, including conventions, press conferences, and sponsorships within the brokerage channel
• Support on offers and campaigns, along with writing business proposals
• Maintaining relationships with different partners to drive business growth
• Working with sales personnel to better penetrate into different channels
• Support marketing initiatives for the bancassurance channel as needed

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience within marketing in the insurance industry
• Channel marketing experience, preferably within brokerage channel, will be an advantage
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset, along with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communications skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
