Senior Manager C&B

Our client is a well established Financial Services organisation with diverse product offerings. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, C&B Operations to join their HR function.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will lead a small team in C&B with oversight for their Hong Kong operations with some overseas headcounts under your remit. Your responsibility is to ensure the smooth running of their day to day C&B operations: from payroll , share plan administration to tax reporting. Working with other HR teams, you will assist in other HR initiatives such as staff cost planning, rewards and benefits review and mobility policies . Another part of your role is the continuous process enhancement project; keep up to date with employment ordinance and ensure they are being observed and adhered to. This is a demanding environment where you will gain wide exposure to various business lines and stakeholders.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of C&B operations experience
• Strong knowledge in HK Labour market and regulations
• Detail oriented, hands-on approach and collaborative work style
• Prior exposure to share plan administration is a must
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment
• Good command of English and Chinese
