Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement long-term business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and internal capability reviews to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define priorities and actionable roadmaps.
  • Develop performance frameworks to track strategic outcomes and refine plans as needed.
  • Support the full lifecycle of the project portfolio, focusing on process improvement initiatives such as automation and workflow redesign for middle-to-back-office functions.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects meet strategic goals.
  • Establish governance and risk management protocols for high-impact projects.
  • Drive change management to enable smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for ExCo meetings and external engagements.
  • Monitor KPIs and maintain performance dashboards to track progress against corporate objectives.
  • Design and implement programs to strengthen team alignment and engagement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through mentorship, training, and recognition initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Ability to understand business challenges and work effectively across departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
