Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategies:

  • Design and Implement Incentive Programs: Create and execute effective sales incentive programs to propel business initiatives forward.
  • Analyze Campaign Efficiency: Monitor the performance of sales campaigns and provide strategic recommendations for growth.

Product Marketing:

  • Oversee End-to-End Campaign Development: Lead the entire process of developing product marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with various internal functions to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Communication and Insights:

  • Effective Sales Communication: Communicate sales programs and customer offers to relevant teams.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about market trends, competitors' activities, and marketing opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business development and sales management within insurance or banking.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Proficient in time management, negotiation, and analytics.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
