Senior Manager, Affluent Segment, Retail Banking

Our client is a well-established banking group in Hong Kong with diversified businesses in Retail, Corporate, and Private Banking. With their continuous growth, an excellent opportunity has arisen for a high-calibre segment management professional to join their retail banking business, focusing on their affluent segment.

Responsibilities:

• Create customer acquisition ideas for affluent segments
• Formulate cross-selling strategies
• Plan and implement various business initiatives, including marketing promotions and campaigns to drive targeted segment penetration
• Drive customer journey by formulating strategies and carrying out projects to uplift customer experience
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that the most suitable products are marketed to relevant customers
• Work closely with different sales channels, including online, to formulate and develop marketing plans to enhance sales performance

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• University degree in related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' experience in segment management / product management / marketing within retail banking
• Having team leading experience will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Chinese and English
