Senior Logistics Manager - Retail

My client is a well known household product company. With more than 1,500 employees in Hong Kong, China, Singapore and Malaysia, they have a stable business network. Looking to reinforce their current team, they are now in search of a Senior Logistics Manager.

You would be overseeing the warehouse operation, inbound & outbound process and 3PL management. You would be streamlining operation workflow to achieve cost effectiveness and efficiency. As a Senior Logistics Manager, your responsibilities would include:

• Managing warehouse operation team with 35 internal staffs
• Overseeing overall warehouse operation including inbound and outbound process in alignment with management policy
• Setting KPI to monitor and manage 3PL with logistics arrangements
• Providing special logistics arrangements for company's exhibition, tradeshow or other marketing events
• Streamline operation workflow to align logistics model with company's transformation toward ecommerce platform and e-products
• Managing improvement projects such as warehouse renovation, process reengineering, cost saving etc

To quality, one must possess:

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of logistics and warehouse management experience
• Team management experience with at least 15 staffs is a MUST
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Logistics Manager
• Experience managing inhouse logistics would be an advantage
• Energetic, positive with good communication skills
• Good command with both written and spoken Cantonese and English
