Senior IT Operations Engineer (ServiceNow) [$70-85k]

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced IT Operations Engineer (L3) to join our dynamic IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, with extensive experience in ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT operations and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, change management, and problem management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, including procedures and workflows.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in on-call support and provide timely response to incidents.
• Assist in the design and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations or a similar role.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow (mandatory).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) on Windows & Linux platforms
• Proficient in ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and Cantonese.
