Senior IT Manager

Job Duties

  • Own and manage the end‑to‑end application portfolio, including Oracle Cloud ERP, D365, B2B/B2C and digital platforms, mobile applications, integration middleware, SCM, field systems, and in‑house developed solutions, ensuring system stability, scalability, effective change and release management, and timely issue resolution.
  • Lead full lifecycle system implementations, covering requirements elicitation and validation, solution design, vendor coordination, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and emerging technologies to modernize, enhance, or retire applications in order to improve operational efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee on‑premise, remote data center, and cloud infrastructure, including network services, data warehouses and pipelines, storage platforms, and endpoint management.
  • Govern IT risk and compliance through cybersecurity controls, access management, data protection, and regulatory adherence, including the evaluation of risks, implementation of controls, and execution of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) planning and testing.
  • Define, implement, and enforce IT policies, standard operating procedures, cybersecurity standards, and operational guidelines, while establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to ensure transparency of IT operations and project delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics, ensuring cost‑effective delivery and compliance with agreed service levels and business requirements.
  • Support management in project planning, resource allocation, and budgeting activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of relevant IT experience, with progressive responsibility.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex application lifecycles within large‑scale organizations, preferably in FMCG or complex trading environments.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, D365 applications, and integration middleware.
  • Extensive exposure to eCommerce platforms, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and networking.
  • Practical, hands‑on proficiency in PC usage and Microsoft Copilot, with strong capability across Microsoft productivity tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment on objectives and outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Experience with AI technologies and their application in operational or business workflows is a strong advantage
