Senior IT Manager

Job Title: Senior IT Manager

Mission Statement: Lead the IT team to drive innovation, enhance system performance, ensure data security, and support organizational goals. Foster a collaborative environment to optimize resources and deliver exceptional value.

Main Responsibilities:

• IT Projects (50%): Lead ERP, CRM, Power BI projects, including software design, store connections, data migration, user support, risk assessment, and post-go-live enhancements.
• IT Security (20%): Define and implement IT security policies, ensure data protection, enforce privacy regulations, conduct security checks, and develop disaster recovery plans.
• IT Planning, Budgeting, Purchasing (10%): Develop long-term IT strategy, budget annual plans, identify IT opportunities, manage vendors, update policies, and control budgets.
• User Support (10%): Implement ticketing system, provide staff training, analyze and solve issues, review system reports, and offer technical support.
• Collaborate with Group IT (10%): Work with Central IT on solutions, purchasing, and benchmarking.

Working Relationships: Collaborate with global and IT teams, and various vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of MS Dynamics F&O, IT infrastructure, project management, and information security.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
