Senior HR Officer, recruitment (1 year)

Job Descriptions

• Work with the team on end-to end recruitment for HK market
• Work closely with hiring managers on identifying recruitment need
• Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy
• Conduct CVs screening and interviews co-ordination
• Conduct interview screening
• Salary benchmarking and offer details preparation

Qualification and Experience

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years experience end to end recruitment experience
• Experience in handling high volume of headcount or in a sizeable company
• Fast Paced and independent
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Short notice preferred

Offer

• 25-30k/month
• 1 month guaranteed bonus
• AL 15 days
