Senior HR Manager

Job description

Our client is a HK based organisation with Hong Kong as their Headquarter. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Manager to join their HR Business Partnering and Operations team.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will have responsibility for providing HR advisory and support to their group function. Working closely with your HR peers, you will ensure smooth operation for Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Talent Management duties. Moreover, you will help provide guidance on compliance and guidelines around personnel matters. As part of an ongoing company-wide initiative, you will facilitate in system and process enhancement projects; streamline workflow whilst achieving organisational goals and meeting regulatory requirements.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant HR operations experience
  • Experience gained in Financial Services and/or HK based companies is highly desirable
  • Familiar with HK Financial Services regulations and requirements
  • Prior exposure in system and process improvement projects
  • Excellent report writing skills; good command in English and Chinese
