Senior FP&A Manager - Regional

The Company:

The company is a globally recognized brand in the retail industry. Their stores are well established and compete in the retail space. Due to further expansion of the team and business, they are currently looking for a FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to provide valuable insights for strategic decision making. The key business stakeholders are located regionally, and the role will require the ability to manage stakeholders that are in Hong Kong and overseas.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Regional FP&A Director and various senior stakeholders to provide valuable financial and business insights
  • Assist in the standardization and improvement of management reports
  • Perform trend and business analysis, by product categories, manage cost
  • Drive monthly and quarterly budgeting, forecasting. Take part in 5 year strategic plan.
  • Act as the finance business partner and work closely with sales and marketing, sourcing division and product managers
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • CPA qualified accountant preferred. Relevant degree in Finance and Accounting or similar disciplines
  • At least 10 years of experience in an analytical position focused on business partnering
  • Experience in managing budgets, forecasts and able to provide variance analysis and commentary
  • Previous experience in retail, FMCG or pharmaceutical firms would be an added advantage
  • Regional exposure in APAC or globally preferred
  • Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
