Senior Finance Manager/ Finance Manager

Our client is a US trading company. They are looking for a Finance Manager. The position is responsible for handling monthly report and internal control for APAC region. This role will report to VP of finance and lead a team of 5.

Responsibility

• Accounting: Oversee and manage all financial activities. Prepare accurate and timely reports in accordance with guidelines and schedules, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Internal Control: Ensure all activities adhere to applicable policies. Develop and implement policies as needed to ensure compliance with group standards and industry best practices.
• Tax and Treasury: Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations, adhere to filing timelines, and mitigate/minimize risks to the company and the group.
• Business Partner: Collaborate with the APAC Commercial function.
• Regional Project Support: Assist with regional projects such as finance system implementation and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline with CPA qualification
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience gained in regional role, preferably with audit experience
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation regulations in Asia
• Hands-on SAP experience or prior project experience in system implementation will be preferable
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior FM
