Senior Finance Manager - Real Estate

The Client:

A leading property and hospitality business with multiple ventures in Hong Kong. Over the years, they have strengthened their portfolio to include residential, commercial and premium shopping real estates. As part of their expansion strategies, they are currently looking for a Senior Manager to expand their operations overseas

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Senior Manager will be in charge of all reporting functions for overseas entities
• Grow and expand the business division in the coming years, provide investment analysis and strategic input
• Review financial reports, conduct monthly analysis and ensure adherence to PRC and HK accounting policies
• Work closely with local finance team to integrate overseas business and drive further enhancement of internal accounting operations
• Responsible to liaise with internal and external auditors
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on ERP system implementation
• Any other Ad Hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder, CPA qualified accountant required
• Previous experience in real estate, development or leasing industry
• Minimum 12 years of experience with exposure in sizable company, previous Big 4 experience preferred
• Track record on leading a team, including talent recruitment, development and coaching
• Strong knowledge of PRC accounting standards and taxation
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic team with overseas subordinates and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
