Senior Finance Manager - PRC Exposure

The Client:

A globally leading company in their field with the global headquarters located in Hong Kong. They are a listed firm with over 10 people in the Finance & Accounting team

Responsibilities

• Monthly closing and consolidation, statutory reporting
• Review Hong Kong and PRC reports and ensure compliance with accounting, taxation requirements
• Provide support to gain financial insight and analysis to the leadership team
• Internal controls and compliance if internal processes
• Other Ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder, CPA qualified accountant preferred
• Audit training would be advantageous, Big 4 candidates will also be considered
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, Hong Kong listed company exposure is a plus
• Knowledge in HK reporting standards, consolidation, accounting standards and taxation
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
