Senior Finance Manager (FP&A & Transformation)

Our client is a well-established statutory body, they are hiring a Senior Finance Manager to lead their FP&A and finance transformation projects.

In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner, overseeing budgeting and forecasting while providing financial insights to enhance operational efficiency. You will drive improvment on management reporting, establish performance metrics, and build financial models to identify cost optimization opportunities. Additionally, you will lead system enhancements, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and implement risk mitigation strategies. You will also manage and develop a high-performing Financial Planning and Analysis team, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with professional qualification
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably in the public sector or sizable organisation
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
