Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a joint venture company. One of the biggest listed tobacco firm from UK cooperate with a state -owned Chinese enterprise. They are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager responsible for business partnering and handle reporting duties.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review company's accounting and finance operations
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reporting
• Act as a business partner, work closely with Senior Management and different stakeholders on formulation and execution of Company strategic plan
• Review company business performance, perform meaning analysis and presentation
• Develop and support the financial modelling on new initiatives
• Support full implementation of the licence fee model
• Monitor statutory requirements to ensure the Company's ongoing compliance
• Identify risk issues and proactively suggest solutions for course correction
• Liaise with auditor and deal with tax matters
• Handle adhoc analysis and projects

Requirements:

• Finance/Accounting or relevant discipline bachelor's degree holder with CPA qualification
• Excellent communication skills, with fluent oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop appropriately detailed data models and reports for effective/efficient analysis
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and good judgement
• Good knowledge in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical sense with solid FP&A and financial modelling experience
