Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a Hong Kong listed company with manufacturing plants in Mainland China. With continuous expansion plans and investments, they are currently looking for a talented and energetic Senior Manager to join their Headquarter in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will lead a sizable finance team in HK and responsible for statutory, financial and management reporting for the group. You will provide control and analytical support to their business operations and joint venture partners. In addition to your reporting duties, you will play a lead role in process and system enhancement projects, continously coach and upskill the finance function with more effective and automated reporting.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Finance or equivalent
• Big 4 qualified accountant with at least 12 years of finance experience
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to build rapport with JV partners and key stakeholders
• Solid exposure in the manufacturing sector is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge in external and internal reportings
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
