Senior Finance Manager

The Client:

A leading real estate, construction and engineering business with multiple ventures in Hong Kong. Over the years, they have grown their business and expanded their team. Due to rapid expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to oversee all accounting, reporting and consolidation functions.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will be in charge of all group accounting and reporting functions

• Manage and lead an accounting team of over 20 members of accounting staff
• Review financial reports, conduct monthly analysis and ensure adherence to group accounting policies
• Establish and maintain accounting control procedures, drive further enhancement of internal accounting operations
• Key responsible to liaise with internal and external auditors
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on ERP system implementation
• Any other Ad Hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder, CPA qualified accountant required
• Group level exposure in financial reporting, experience managing sizable accounting team
• Minimum 12 years of experience with exposure in sizable company, listed company experience is a plus
• Previous track record on leading a team, including talent recruitment, development and coaching
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic team and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese)
