Senior Finance Manager

Our client is a property management company. They are looking for a Senior Finance Manager. This role required to station in China.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team to ensure timely completion of monthly financial and management reports.
• Responsible for preparing financial analysis, annual budget and forecast
• Handle cash flow projections, taxation, treasury matters
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China, and overseas.
• Liaise with external auditors, bankers, and other professionals
• Lead a team of 3 to deliver accounting and finance services.
• Perform various ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/ finance or a related field with CPA or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in managerial level, preferably in property management
• Sound knowledge in HK & PRC regulatory & tax requirements, with regional exposure in USA, Australia, Singapore, etc is a plus
• Good communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Station in Huizhou, Guangdong province is a MUST
• More experienced candidate could apply for the post of Assistant Financial Controller
