Senior Events Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Work close with the event team for the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events, including hybrid and virtual formats
• Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring all events are delivered within financial constraints
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution
• Conduct market research to identify relevant topics and trends for events
• Manage on-site logistics and post-event activities, ensuring a high level of attendee satisfaction
• Prepare marketing materials and promotional campaigns for events
• Responsible for meeting agendas and minutes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in financial industry or professional trade association
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to multi-task with attention to detail
