About the Role:

  • Manage the APAC full-funnel campaign calendar to spotlight key brand moments with a synchronized approach across all markets.
  • Create an end-to-end operating model connecting media, merchandising, marketing, and site for effective campaign execution.
  • Ensure planning processes and KPIs are aligned across functions and markets to foster accountability and transparency.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, enabling agility in real-time while conducting structured post-campaign reviews to fuel continual improvement.
  • Elevate knowledge sharing globally by integrating APAC insights into global frameworks.
  • Comprehensive, cross-functional campaign calendar adopted across markets.
  • Regular post-campaign retrospectives yielding actionable insights for future planning.
  • Measurable enhancements in campaign ROI and conversion rates across targeted markets, segments, and product offerings.
  • Spearhead the annual Digital Commerce Strategic Planning, collaborating with Finance, Market, and Regional leaders to chart growth trajectories and investment focuses.
  • Ensure each market's roadmap captures key direct-to-consumer, APP, and omnichannel initiatives that align with regional goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders from Finance, Planning, Tech, Brand, and Market GMs to validate assumptions and ensure alignment.
  • Strategic planning reflects crystal-clear digital growth priorities and aligned financial targets across all markets.
  • Heightened visibility and accountability for digital investments in market strategies.
  • Strong coherence between short-term initiatives and long-term strategic goals.

About the Candidate:

  • 8 years of experience in digital commerce, performance marketing, or digital strategy, ideally within a dynamic regional or matrixed organization.
  • Proven track record in integrating marketing, media, merchandising, and content into a fluid digital execution plan across the entire customer journey.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce KPIs, digital analytics, and optimizing customer pathways.
  • A flair for fostering a test-and-learn culture and driving iterative enhancements in digital experiences.
  • Experience in managing and launching applications is a major plus, especially in crafting go-to-market strategies and nurturing customer engagement.
  • Outstanding collaborative spirit with exceptional communication and stakeholder management prowess.
  • An analytical mindset that's commercially aware, using data to prioritize effectively.
  • A passion for brand storytelling and crafting premium digital experiences at scale.
