Trusted by one of my key asset management clients, I am tasked to seek a high calibre Finance individual to join their regional Financial Planning & Analysis team as Senior Director to lead a small team based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Head of the FP&A function, you will be responsible for delivering management reports and financial analysis in a timely manner, as well as providing business analysis to senior management to support overall strategic decisions. This role requires a Finance leader who can manage a team to deliver numerous periodical reports, but also with accuracy in terms of data and commentary. You will assist in creating a high performing team culture, whilst keeping a continuous improvement mindset.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Tertiary education with an internationally recognised accounting qualification
• 12+ years financial planning and analysis experience within the asset management or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards, as well as finance systems
• Excellent communication skills in English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin are desirable
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hong Kong based candidates are preferred
