Senior Director - Business Strategy, Local Group

I am currently partnering with one of the largest and established financial services business in Hong Kong. With plans to further grow their products and service offerings, our client has created a new senior position looking for a seasoned candidate to join their business as Senior Director.

This role will report to the Function Head and will be responsible for managing a few departments, as well as assisting the business in planning and implementing strategic changes to ensure growth of their brand in Hong Kong, increasing their competitive edge in the market thru new products, service and overall operational transformation. As a leader, you need to be forward thinking, with a desire to see through what you've build over the years. You need to be able to manage different senior stakeholders, different teams, as well as, Board Members.

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Tertiary education, ideally an MBA with international qualifications
• At least 18 years' experience with functional leadership exposure in a sizeable financial institutions and relevant business / corporate strategy background
• Proven track record of business strategic success
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) a MUST
• Strong project management and transformation skills
• Currently residing in Hong Kong
