Senior Digital Delivery Analyst- Financial Industry 48-50k

Responsibilities:

• Assist Delivery Manager in managing and overseeing delivery of production releases
• Work closely with Product Owner and Business Analysts to understand business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure implementation consistency across channels
• Work closely with development team and testing resources to ensure that implementation adheres to requirements
• Define and communicate system requirements to relevant development teams, including upstream and downstream systems
• Define test requirements, test scope and test schedule
• Lead process of test case and test data preparation, as well as test execution
• Report defects found and work closely with development team on finding fix
• Regularly report test results to working team, team lead and relevant stakeholders
• Act as secondary contact for production support
• Perform sanity check and support on post-production checks, including occasional overnight and public holiday work (e.g. midnight to 4am once to twice a month)

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience, with minimum 3 years of solution delivery in an IT role
• Possess insurance background, ideally in NB POS/eApplication, with knowledge in FNA, proposal and the whole insurance application journey
• Solid experience and ability to work closely with offshore development teams
• Able to be jack of all trades in solution delivery, managing requirements gathering, development and testing phases
• Hands-on experience in test case preparation, test execution, defect management and test reporting desirable
• Able to translate requirements into a test plan with sufficient coverage
• Willing and able to work under high pressure situations
• Willing and able to adapt and work in fast-paced environment with occasional overtime and off office hour work
• Able to provide guidance to team members with less experience
• Able to be productive while working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Independent and mature
• Pro-active personality with effective communications skills
• A team player with can-do attitude
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and English
