About Our Client:

Our client is an international professional services firm with over 20 offices across the globe, they are currently looking for an Senior Consultant to join their Financial Advisory team.

Job duties:

  • Large and complex Hong Kong insolvencies, Court appointed, Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation and Bankruptcy matters.
  • Participate in restructuring and liquidation assignments in Hong Kong and offshore.
  • Conduct industry research in evaluating and developing business plans for clients' engagements.
  • Assist in building financial/statistical models to aid clients and stakeholders in decision-making for financial transactions and capital reorganization.
  • Collaborate with external professional parties to formulate and implement restructuring plans, including investor solicitation, preparation of proposals, regulatory queries, obtaining approval from creditors and shareholders, and making necessary public disclosures.
  • Handle large and complex insolvencies, liquidation, bankruptcy, and receivership matters in Hong Kong, as well as provisional liquidation and official liquidation matters.
  • Perform independent business reviews for major global financiers and fulfill independent financial advisor roles.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting and Finance or any related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience - relevant insolvency / restructuring experience preferred
  • Attention to details, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experiences will be considered a Consultant
