Senior Compliance Manager - Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform advisory duties to support new business and operational initiatives on data privacy, FATCA, CRS and operational Compliance.
• Maintain and execute implementation on updating compliance policies and manuals on data privacy, FATCA and CRS
• Perform gap analysis on new regulations in relation to data privacy, FATCA and CRS and further coordinate with relevant stakeholders
• Perform supporting role in handling data privacy incident and any internal or external audits
• Evaluate current training materials and conduct relevant training on data privacy, FATCA and CRS
• Support wider compliance areas such as AML and Sanctions

Job Requirements:

• Life Insurance experience is a must
• Minimum 7 years experience in handling Compliance duties including Data Privacy related matters
• Proactive and detail oriented
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experienced could be considered as Compliance Manager
