Senior C&B Manager

Our client is a Hong Kong listed full service Financial Services company with an established operations in Asia. They are currently looking for a Senior C&B Manager to join their HR operations.

Reporting to the HRVP, you will lead a small team will be responsible for ensuring the smooth C&B operations for their Hong Kong office. In addition to managing the day to day, you will lead C&B projects such as annual salary review; benefits plans and market benchmarking analysis. Working closely with business leaders, you will provide guidance on incentive programmes, external market data as well as insightful recommendations, whilst observing corporate requirements and compliance standards. As the company's subject matter expert in C&B, you will participate in ad hoc HR initiatives.

To qualify, successful individuals must possess:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years in C&B Operations
• Prior exposure in Financial Services is highly preferred, though not must
• Familiar with local labour law and ordinance
• Experiences in HRIS projects and systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
