Senior Business Analyst Consultant , Luxury Retail Excellence

My client is looking for a BA Consultant to come in and work on automation initiatives for their retail staffs with existing requirements and design solutions with technical teams. This is a great opportunity for someone from a programming background considering to progress as a technical BA/ System Analyst route.

Responsibilities, Requirements and skills:

• Deep dive with the boutique and back-office staff on the requirements and possible solutions using MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel VBA Macro Script, Power BI
• Liaise with the regional technical delivery teams on the opportunities for solutions and design

• Independent Developer/ Technical BA (2+ years of experience)
• Digital Transformation Consulting background is preferred
• Delivery capabilities with Microsoft automation, knowledge of how to build Power Automate applications (using out-of-box connectors or minor development/ integration)
• Excel VBA Macro Script, Power Apps (Canvas app), Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft List
• Good communication skill and proficiency in Cantonese/ Mandarin, and English
