Assistant Brand Manager | FMCG (13-month Salary + Discretionary Bonus)

Our client is a FMCG company has successfully established a robust global footprint. They are searching for skilled individuals to join their team as a Senior Brand Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible to shape and maintain the brand image, driving growth, and maximizing brand equity in the marketplace.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Defining and refining the brand's positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute the brand strategy for new product development, including identifying target markets, conducting market research, and analyzing consumer insights to inform product positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate brand performance - sales data analysis, market share analysis, and brand equity measurement.
  • Organizing and maintaining databases of brand-related data - sales figures, market research data, and consumer demographics.
  • Enhancing ROI - By creating and executing comprehensive online and offline marketing and promotional campaigns

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 5+ years working experience in the FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferable in Marketing or Business or related
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation with passion to take initiative in exceeding business, team and individual.
  • Professional command in both English and Chinese
