Senior Brand Manager (FMCG; 48-55k)

Job description

My client is a globally leading FMCG company within the household sector. Looking to support their brand marketing function, they are now in search of a Senior Brand Manager.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, your responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of 3 to develop brand and marketing strategies for brand awareness enhancement and market share expansion
  • Take lead of overall strateties planning and execution in regards to brand position, product launch, campaigns and other marketing projects
  • Collaborate with sales team and take advantage of outside source such as Nielsen Data to understand market trend and further enhance current promotion strategies
  • Establish strong control in market share through setting and measuring major KPIs
  • Manage annual budget process, P&L etc to ensure high efficiency in marketing campaign

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years of marketing and brand management experience in FMCG industry
  • Experience managing household, hygiene or personal care products would be an advantage
  • Team leading experience would be an advantage
  • Independent, mature, outgoing and positive; good communication skill and strong business sense
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
