Senior Brand Manager - FMCG

Our client is a well-known FMCG brand and they are looking for Senior Brand Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of brand strategies to strengthen market presence, drive consumer loyalty, and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's business objectives and resonate with Hong Kong's diverse consumer base.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels to enhance brand equity and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and performance marketing, to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximize market impact.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market research, and CRM data to identify trends, refine brand positioning, and develop targeted campaigns that drive brand affinity.
  • Oversee brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, market share, and customer sentiment, to measure success and inform future strategies.
  • Manage agency relationships and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and promotional materials within budget and timelines.
  • Innovate and adapt brand strategies to stay ahead of FMCG industry trends and competitive dynamics in the Hong Kong market.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related disciplines.
  • 7+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG industry in Hong Kong.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful brand campaigns that drive measurable results in consumer engagement and sales.
  • Expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media (e.g., Instagram, WeChat, TikTok), digital advertising, and traditional media.
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong consumer market, cultural nuances, and FMCG trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using consumer insights and market research to inform brand strategies.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and building emotional connections with consumers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
