Senior Associate, Bancassurance (Quarry Bay, 25-30k)

• Sales Support + Exp. in campaign management
• 5 days work, performance bonus, medical allowance

Responsibilities

• Maintain good business relationships with partners to drive their support and interest
• Communicate and liaise internal stakeholders to smooth out the Digital and IT projects
• Drive and support to achieve business target via digital initiatives with bank partners to increase adoption and enhance customer experience
• Use of data insight to develop marketing strategies or campaigns
• Support on design and production of marketing collaterals to ensure they meet/beyond market standard
• Assist with the Senior Manager to develop new sales proposition ideas for Bancassurance channel and deliver it in sharing forum, stakeholder meeting and digital channel
• Steer discussion with Bancassurance team to ensure product's marketability, form sales stories, seek market's feedback on the products and react with potential solutions to support business growth opportunity

Requirements

• A university Degree in business administration related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience gained in insurer or financial industry
• Experience in campaign management with good understanding of digital marketing and analytics
• Effective interpersonal & communication skills
• Strong organization skill, ability to multi-tasks and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
