Senior Admin Officer for Pension Business

Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for different investment fund projects and initiatives in the Unit-Linked and pension business
  • Create various reports, sales support materials, and marketing materials that cover aspects such as fund performance, fund monitoring, corporate actions, and fund investment projects and events
  • Produce regular written updates on investment markets for different sales channels and customers
  • Provide administrative support to the team

Requirements

  • University graduate
  • Candidates should ideally have 1 to 3 years of experience working in Financial Institutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, is required
  • Fluency in Cantonese and spoken English, as well as proficiency in written Chinese and English, is necessary
  • If the job involves regulated activities, it is necessary for the candidate to obtain the relevant license(s)
