Senior Accounting Manager / Head of Finance

The Client:

A listed company with major operations in Greater China. They operate in the services business and have a reach across multiple industries. As part of their expansion, they are looking for a head of finance with strong PRC experience and knowledge of listing rules.

Responsibilities

• The Head of Finance / Senior Accounting Manager will be in charge of all group accounting and reporting functions
• Manage and lead an accounting team in PRC and work closely with team members in Hong Kong
• Review financial reports, conduct monthly analysis and ensure adherence to group accounting policies
• Establish and maintain accounting control procedures, drive further enhancement of internal accounting operations
• Key responsible to liaise with internal and external auditors
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on ERP system implementation
• Any other Ad Hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder, CPA qualified accountant required
• Group level exposure in financial reporting, experience managing sizable accounting team
• Minimum 12 years of experience with exposure in sizable company, experience in PRC firm a plus
• Previous track record on leading a team, including talent recruitment, development and coaching
• Excellent analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic team and strong interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
