Senior Accountant

The Company

Our client is a US toys manufacturing company. They have over 32,000 employees over the world. They are hiring a Senior Accountant who will be responsible for handling financial and management report and customer accounting. This role will lead a team of 3 and report to the financial manager directly.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and review financial & management reporting, customer accounting, audit and forecasting
• Handle month-end closing, quarterly financial reports for US management review
• Responsible for cashflow forecast and account receivable forecast reports
• Manage the accounts receivable and liaise with both internal and external parties for customers related matters
• Conduct financial and business analysis to support business decisions
• Deal with financial and SOX audit and ensure compliance of internal controls
• Perform ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance or other related disciplines degree holder
• Qualified member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in financial & management reporting, customer accounting, forecast and analysis, preferably from MNCs
• Proficient in MS Office specifically in Excel e.g. Pivot table & VLOOKUP is a must
• Oracle Financial System is preferred
• A good team player with positive mindset, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken skills English and Chinese
