Senior Accountant

Job description

Our Client: A market leading properties developer. It manages a very diversified portfolio of world-class properties in Hong Kong and Mainland.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare management accounts and analysis reports of Hong Kong Business Operation
  • Assist budget and forecast
  • Handle annual audit / interim review and results announcements
  • Perform annual accounts and tax filing for companies in Hong Kong
  • Support ad-hoc analysis

Requirements

  • Accounting, Finance or related discipline degree holder and member of HKICPA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of Big Four CPA firm and listed sizable organization work experience
  • Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation and regulations
  • Property leasing and development work experience is an advantage
  • Analytical mind and Able to work in fast-faced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Knowledge with Oracle and Yonyou is highly preferred
