Secretary (Up to 40k, New Territories)

Job description

  • Work with Executive Level and sizable company
  • Administrative and secretarial support
  • Support the team on a needed basis

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality secretarial and personal support to Senior Management
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate the meetings or events as required including agenda preparation, and other events such as managing travel and accommodation
  • Provide administrative support to the team and as the focal point to coordinate company and team related activities
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree holder in business administration or related field
  • Min 7-8 years relevant experience in Secretary or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua would be advantage
