Secretary | Up to 30K plus bonus

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Support:

    • Manage and coordinate the Head's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating events, conferences, and meetings.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Head.
    • Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
    • Maintain and update records and databases.
  • Personal Support:

    • Manage personal errands and tasks for the Head, such as booking appointments, making reservations, and handling personal correspondence.
    • Coordinate family and household activities, including travel arrangements and event planning.
    • Assist with personal financial management, including tracking expenses and managing budgets.
    • Provide support in managing personal projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a secretary or persoanl assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
