Job description

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the team and provide high‑quality secretarial assistance to senior executive.
  • Manage daily schedules for senior management, including arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and booking accommodations.
  • Support a senior expatriate executive with business correspondence and related administrative needs.
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, material compilation, and presentation support.
  • Assist with data handling, expense processing, filing, and document management.
  • Handle tedious, detail‑oriented, and process‑heavy tasks with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Perform ad‑hoc duties and participate in special projects as assigned by management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of experience in executive‑level secretarial or administrative roles within sizable organizations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and professional.
  • Cheerful, energetic, responsive, and adaptable to change, with a pleasant and positive personality.
  • Presentable, neat, and professional appearance.
  • Stable career history, preferably with 3-4 years of tenure per role.
  • Preferably available on short notice.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
