Position Overview:

The Secretary with Account and Finance background plays a crucial role in supporting the senior management and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and financial functions. This position combines responsibilities related to executive support, account management, and financial coordination. The Secretary will collaborate closely with the external partners to provide efficient and effective support.


Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and project execution.
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting them as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Report Consolidation:

  • Collect and consolidate financial reports from multiple sources, including business units, departments, and subsidiaries.
  • Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare consolidated financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Investment Reporting:

  • Gather data and information related to investments, including securities, portfolios, and market trends.
  • Analyze investment performance, returns, and risk metrics.
  • Prepare investment reports, including portfolio summaries, performance analysis, and risk assessments.


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with exposure to finance and account management.
  • Proficiency in using Apple electric product
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
